Animating Worlds in 4D: Ages 9-12
About this class
Course Description Bring your imagination to life and dive into the exciting process of creating your own stop-motion film. Students start by developing a story idea and then bring it to life by painting vibrant backdrops and sculpting characters out of clay. Throughout the week, they learn the ins and outs of stop-motion animation, from setting up scenes to capturing frames. By the end of the camp, they have their very own animated short film, showcasing their creativity and storytelling skills in a dynamic and engaging way! IMPORTANT: $40 Materials Kit: A $40 materials fee is included in the camp tuition. All students enrolled in Summer Youth Camps must submit the following packet of Summer Youth Camp Child Pickup Authorization prior to admittance into the classroom. Students will not be permitted to attend without this. Notes(s): Full-day camps include lunch supervision and outside activities between 12:15pm and 12:45pm daily. You will need to upload a photo and insurance card in order to register for youth courses.
